This 90-bed care home caters for residents needing residential, nursing and dementia care. It was a finalist in the UK-wide 2014 Pinders Awards for Best Large Dementia Care Home.

The provision of large outside spaces on each level was integral to the design, making it easier for residents to get vital time outside in a safe environment.

The layout consists of 9 flats of 10 residents, each with their own dining area, kitchenette and sitting room. The three wings radiate around a central courtyard. This 'public square' allows essential natural daylight  to percolate into the centre of the building, as well as providing a useful orientation tool for residents & staff.
