Rosie Lovat House, Braerannoch House and Workshops

L'Arche is a charitable organisation that develops shared communities for adults with learning difficulties. The existing Braerannoch site of the Grade B listed mansion provided sleeping accommodation for residents and assistants. The existing workshop building provided offices and a variety of workshop spaces.

We designed a new build 8 bedroom home with a private flat, car parking and gardens. We redesigned the internal layout of Braerannoch House to create 8 ensuite bedrooms and added an extension to the existing workshop building.
