A sustainable remodelling of an existing building with a modern extension. The existing farmhouse building has been carefully refurbished to reflect its age whilst upgrading the fabric to current insulation values. The interior of this private house reflects the old and new parts of the building, using simple modern materials in the new extension to contrast with the traditional fittings and colours of the old farmhouse.
