Beechmere Extra Care in Crewe was an interior design scheme developed for Your Housing Group. After the previous extra care building on the site was sadly lost to a fire, we were part of the team working on a replacement. We developed designs for the show flat and communal areas, which included a shop, hairdresser, restaurant, various lounge spaces, pamper bathroom, lounge bar and a village hall for events. We also created a full signage design for the scheme. Our concepts for the designs drew on historical, cultural and local influences while maintaining principles from dementia friendly design.
