Cleveleys Building

The Cleveleys Building Over-Cladding and Window Replacement Project was part of a ten year Property Strategy. The project was undertaken with a specialist cladding contractor and was completed in November 2011.

Bispham Campus

Phase 2 of the overcladding works to the Bispham Campus includes the Elswick, Garstang, Poulton and Thornton Buildings plus new link blocks between the buildings. The project started on site in January 2013 and the completion and hand-over is scheduled for the end of February 2014.
