Overcladding of three existing ten storey blocks with adjoining two storey wings accommodating a total of 132 two bedroom apartments. BPA obtained planning permission having explored alternative overcladding treatments to provide design rationalisation and reinterpretation of proposals by others to facilitate the use of a proven fire tested system to make them look and perform like new buildings.
