James Parsons Building

Over-cladding of the Byrom Street Campus began with the seven storey James Parsons Building and the ten storey Tower Building. The project was undertaken in 2 phases with a specialist cladding contractor, with Phase 1 completed in March 2010 and Phase 2 completed in September 2010.

Max Perutz Building

The overcladding to the Max Perutz building was the final piece in the LJMU Byrom Street Campus courtyard redevelopment. A smart and understated proposal provides a sympathetic backdrop to the previously completed tower block and Engineering Workshops.
