Llys Raddington in Flint, Wales, was one of three interior design schemes developed for Tir Tai Limited. The extra care scheme contained individual resident flats and shared communal spaces. We developed designs for the show flat and communal areas, which included a grand restaurant, two lounge spaces, activity rooms, a calming assisited bathroom, a sky lounge social club, a welcome hall and corridors. Our concepts for the designs had historical, cultural and local influences while maintaining principles from dementia friendly design.
